I am an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Civil Mediation Council. An Accredited Mediator, I can deal with all Civil and Commercial Mediations and am not just limited to costs. I am also accredited in Workplace and Employment Mediations. In addition, I undertake voluntary Community Mediations through Smile Mediation Limited, a charity based in Burnley but undertaking Mediations throughout Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
As a Chair of Governors for 16 years, I also have an interest in education and Special Educational Needs and believe that mediation has a role to play within our education system.
Fees are reasonable and I subscribe to the £500 scheme for small mediations.
